This notice explains how information submitted through the Neal Shield website may be collected, used, and protected. Neal Shield is the overarching brand identity, and investigative and security-related services are provided through Surveillance & Security Solutions LLC.
Information you choose to provide
The consultation form may collect your name, organization, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, selected service area, and the general description you submit. The form also records the date and time of submission for delivery and security purposes.
Do not submit privileged, classified, medical, financial-account, authentication, or emergency information through the website. Initial submission does not create an investigator-client, attorney-client, security, confidential, or other professional relationship.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review the inquiry, conduct an initial suitability or conflict assessment, and respond using the contact information provided. The website application is designed not to create its own database copy of the completed form and does not sell submitted information.
Form delivery and service providers
When the contact function is configured, form data is transmitted over HTTPS to the server-side contact function and then to the designated intake inbox at tnealinvestigations@gmail.com through an email-delivery provider. Vercel hosts the website and serverless function. The application does not intentionally include the sender's IP address, browser fingerprint, or user-agent string in the intake email. Vercel, the email-delivery provider, Google/Gmail, internet service providers, and other infrastructure providers may nevertheless process or retain technical metadata as part of normal operation, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not intentionally set advertising cookies and does not include third-party behavioral advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting platform may create routine network, security, and access logs. If analytics or additional tools are added later, this notice should be updated before or when those tools are activated.
Security and retention
The site uses HTTPS in production, strict origin checks, server-side validation, size limits, bot-resistant form controls, restrictive browser security headers, and server-side email credentials that are never exposed in the public webpage. The application is designed not to persist form submissions in its own database. The resulting email, however, is stored by the receiving mailbox and may also be retained temporarily by delivery and hosting providers. Email is not end-to-end encrypted, and no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure or anonymous.
Lawful disclosure
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, licensing requirements, a valid governmental request, or to protect safety, rights, property, or the integrity of operations.
Children
This website is intended for adults seeking business or professional services. It is not directed to children, and minors should not submit information without the involvement of a parent, guardian, or attorney as appropriate.
